“Eye Level Literary Awards” is a global 100-day event to encourage children’s reading and writing activities and to develop children’s literature.
The World Youth Culture Foundation holds this contest every year to allow children to fully demonstrate their writing talents.
The winners receive a cash prize, and children who win overseas are invited to the awards ceremony held in Korea

* Rights and Responsibilities of Submissions
- The copyright (both economic and moral rights) of works submitted to the contest belongs to the applicant and remains so even after winning the prize.
- Winning works may be used online for up to 5 years through methods such as posting on SNS managed by the organizer.
- Winning works may be reproduced and transmitted for public interest purposes, and secondary works may be created with separate consent and permission obtained from the winners.
- All non-winning entries will be disposed of within 3 months after the end of the contest. However, if an applicant requests the return of their submission, it will be returned within 1 month, and the cost of returning the work will be borne by the applicant.

- Taxes and fees associated with prizes are the responsibility of the awardees (based on each country's regulations)
- In the following cases, the award may be canceled, and the certificate and prize money will be retrieved:
